I'm in the French West Indies (St. Barths) on vacation. I turn on my iPhone and I start getting tons of twitter messages because I didn't have my phone on for 3 days. On At&t every international SMS received is $0.50. I'm watching them come in at lightning speed while I'm frantically typing "OFF" no that wasn't it - "Messages Off" - finally. The damage about $7.00 - just for turning on my phone. BTW it cost me 50 cents to send the message and 50 cents to get a reply saying the messages were turned off.
